What happens to our existing data and live jobs?

Migrating from legacy systems is what we do best. Our platform is designed to be plug-and-play, with advanced import tools and custom API integrations. We’ve transitioned some of Australia’s top builders; seamlessly, securely, and without business interruption. You’ll be in good hands.

Is there a long-term contract?

No lock-in contracts. Ever. We believe our software should earn your loyalty, not demand it. You can scale up or down at your pace. Our success is tied to your satisfaction.

Do I need a tech team to run Evolve?

Not at all. Evolve is cloud-based, intuitive, and user-friendly, designed with real builders in mind. No servers, no installations, and no need for IT specialists. If you can use email, you can use Evolve.

How hard is it to get started?

Fast and frictionless. Most of our clients go live in under 90 days and often much faster. Implementation is fully guided by our onboarding team.

Where is my data stored and how do I access it?

All your data is securely hosted on Microsoft Azure, in Australian-based data centres. Live data, real-time reporting, and no waiting on IT or complex exports. It’s all available when and where you need it.

What modules are available in the Evolve software stack?

How secure is our data with Evolve?

We follow enterprise-grade security protocols; multi-tenant data isolation, MFA-enabled SSO, role-based access, encrypted storage, and geo-redundant backups. Regular penetration testing and Microsoft Azure’s cloud security stack keep your data safe.

 How does Evolve handle accounts payable differently?

Our EIPS (Evolve Invoice Processing Solution) is the most advanced in the industry, offering 3-way invoice matching, OCR automation, and zero-maintenance machine learning. It reduces AP workload by up to 80%, with proven ROI from day one.

Can Evolve integrate with our existing systems?

What kind of support do we get?

Every client is assigned a dedicated Product Delivery Manager during implementation. Post-launch, you get unlimited users, lifetime updates, and access to our responsive support team. Optional enhanced SLAs are available too.

Do you offer a free trial?

Evolve isn’t an off-the-shelf product, it’s a highly configurable platform tailored to your specific workflows, data structures, and business rules. Because of this, we don’t offer a free trial.

How does Evolve handle Safety Management if there’s no standalone safety module?

At Evolve, we believe safety should be embedded into your workflow, not sold as a bolt-on.

While we don’t offer a standalone “Safety Module,” we’ve embedded safety and compliance functionality across our core platform:

  • Vendor Master enforces compliance by preventing POs or call-ups to vendors without up-to-date SWMS, insurances, or licenses.
  • Supplier Portal enables subcontractors to upload safety documents and complete onboarding, including site inductions including QR induction cards.
  • Onsite / Construction Suite supports custom safety checklists, audit forms, and real-time site task verification tied to scheduling.
  • Real-time Alerts & Expiry Tracking ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Your  team is always notified before compliance becomes a risk.
  • We keep everything centralised, auditable, and automated—so you reduce exposure  without adding admin.
